Is it exactly $10,000?
The refresh is designed around a $10K budget for standard kitchen layouts. Final pricing depends on your kitchen's size, layout, and selections.
What makes the price go higher?
Larger kitchens, islands, permits, plumbing or electrical work, layout changes, and upgraded finishes are the most common factors.
Is an island included?
Not by default. Islands are one of the most common upgrades added beyond the base refresh scope.
Do you handle permits, plumbing, and electrical?
Yes, we can coordinate them when needed, but they are not included in the base refresh scope.
How long does a refresh take?
Timing depends on scope and scheduling. Standard refreshes can be completed in as fast as 24–48 hours on-site, while more complex work may extend the timeline.
Where do you serve?
We primarily serve Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Do you only do $10K kitchens?
No. The $10K Refresh is a focused starting point for standard kitchens. We also design and build larger, more customized kitchen renovations based on your layout, materials, and goals.
