1. Is it exactly $10,000?
It’s designed around a $10K budget. Final pricing depends on your kitchen.
2. What makes it go higher?
Large kitchen (larger than 100 sq ft), Islands, permits, plumbing, electrical, layout changes, or upgrades.
3. Is an island included?
Not by default. It's a common add-on.
4. Do you handle permits/plumbing/electrical?
We can coordinate if needed; not included in the base refresh price.
5. How long does it take?
Varies by scope and scheduling; add-ons can extend timeline.
6. Where do you serve?
Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
$10K Refresh Program Terms:
- Pricing based on standard 10x10 kitchen layout with standard appliance locations.
- Includes removal of existing cabinets and installation of new stock line cabinetry.
- Includes Group A granite/quartz countertop up to 40 sq ft.
- Excludes: Permit fees, plumbing disconnect/reconnect, electrical work, flooring, painting, appliances, and structural changes.
- Valid for residential properties in service area only.
- Final price subject to on-site measurement and scope verification.
