- Up to 10 new stock Shaker cabinets
- One granite or quartz countertop slab
- An undermount or overmount sink
- Full demolition and disposal of your old kitchen
- Delivery and professional installation
What it doesn't include: plumbing or electrical work beyond a simple sink/dishwasher reconnect, permits, layout changes, an island, backsplash, flooring, or painting. These are available as add-ons, quoted separately once we see your kitchen. Gas-line work is never included and remains the homeowner's responsibility.
