ADA Apartment Renovation | Cambridge, MA

This project involved a full apartment renovation focused on improving accessibility, functionality, and overall livability based on ADA-compliant plans. The scope included demolition, wall reconfiguration, updated plumbing and electrical systems, new cabinetry and countertops, tile work, painting, and finish carpentry throughout the unit.

Before: Existing kitchen, bathroom, and interior spaces with outdated finishes and layouts that did not meet updated accessibility requirements;
After: New ADA kitchen cabinetry with granite countertops, white subway tile backsplash, updated lighting and electrical systems, reconfigured bathroom with roll-in shower and ADA fixtures, new doors, tile flooring, and full interior painting throughout the apartment.
