This interior renovation focused on creating an open-concept flow and unifying the home through premium material transitions. The project involved significant structural demolition, including the removal of a kitchen wall and ceiling soffits to expand the visual space. Our team executed a full-home flooring upgrade, replacing dated tile and wood with 3 1/4" Select Maple Pre-finished Hardwood across the kitchen, dining room, office, and two bedrooms.

Before: A segmented floor plan with restrictive soffits, a dividing wall, and mismatched flooring throughout the living and sleeping quarters. After: A bright, open environment featuring a streamlined kitchen layout with under-counter lighting, LED wafer ceiling lights, and consistent maple hardwoods that connect the home.

The result is a modernized, cohesive interior that showcases our ability to manage extensive demolition and precision finish carpentry.
