The Lighthouse - Multi-Unit Restoration | Lincoln, RI

Multi-unit fire/water damage restoration across four residential units and shared common areas for a restoration industry partner - insulation through final finishes and punch list.

Scope included:

  • Insulation - fiberglass on exterior walls
  • Drywall - fire-rated sheetrock and green-board, taped, mudded, primed
  • Electrical - full rewire of water-damaged areas, lighting and circuits
  • Plumbing - sinks, faucets, toilets, disposals, dishwashers reinstalled
  • Painting - primer and top coats throughout
  • Carpentry - baseboards, casings, ceiling tile, appliance and fixture reinstalls
  • Flooring - glue-down LVP and carpet tile, transitions
  • Cabinetry & Countertops - salvaged countertops reset, new pantry laminate

Work progressed through inspection-gated phases - insulation, plumbing, electrical - then finishes, flooring, and a final punch-list walkthrough.
