Damaged plywood sheathing was replaced, ensuring a strong structural foundation. New PVC trim and custom window sills were installed, providing a crisp, clean finish resistant to rot and weathering. To support electrical components, Lofty Builders added a backing panel for the electrical box, improving both functionality and appearance.
The existing siding was replaced with new premium vinyl siding in a rich, navy blue tone that enhances curb appeal while offering exceptional durability. For the shed, our team removed two layers of old roofing, reshingled with Pewter Grey shingles, and replaced the siding and plywood for a cohesive look.
