Kitchen and Bath Refresh | Dorchester, MA

This kitchen and bathroom renovation focused on updating key finishes across both spaces with coordinated cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and installation work. The project included new Honey Shaker cabinetry, Caledonia granite countertops, stock brushed nickel pulls, electrical work at the kitchen island, appliance reinstallation, and bathroom fixture updates.

• Kitchen Scope: Demolition of existing kitchen cabinets and countertops, installation of Honey Shaker cabinets, Caledonia granite countertops with eased edge and 4" backsplash, undermount sink, stock brushed nickel pulls, range hood installation, appliance reinstallation, and electrical disconnect/reconnect within the kitchen island.
• Bathroom Scope: Demolition of existing vanity, top, faucet, and medicine cabinet, installation of Honey Shaker bathroom cabinetry, Caledonia granite countertop with eased edge and 4" backsplash, undermount sink, medicine cabinet, and bathroom faucet.

Before: Existing kitchen and bathroom with outdated cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and appliances scheduled for removal or replacement.

After: Updated kitchen and bathroom featuring matching Honey Shaker cabinetry, Caledonia granite countertops, undermount sinks, stock brushed nickel hardware, reinstalled kitchen appliances, a client-supplied range hood, and refreshed bathroom fixtures.

The result is a cleaner and more coordinated renovation across the kitchen and bathroom, with matching cabinetry and countertop finishes creating a consistent look throughout the home. By defining the kitchen and bathroom scopes separately, the project stayed organized while delivering functional upgrades in both spaces.
