School Cabinetry & Countertop Restoration | Dedham, MA

Cabinetry and countertop replacement completed for Belfor Property Restoration at a school facility in Dedham, MA. New wood veneer base cabinets and epoxy countertops were installed on a tight deadline to meet the school's schedule ahead of students returning.

Scope included:

• Cabinetry — new wood veneer base cabinets per approved layout, including 4 sink bases and 6 two-drawer storage bases
• Countertops — new epoxy tops installed per approved layout, including undermount sinks
• Plumbing — 4 sinks installed and connected to existing faucets, drains installed by trade plumbers
• Finish work — sinks and backsplash epoxy set, seams and strainers sealed

Cabinets and countertops were delivered and installed on a compressed timeline, with the full team — Lofty, Belfor, the adjuster, and the school — coordinating on-site to keep the project on track for completion before students returned.
