$10K Kitchen Refresh with Upgrades | Woburn MA

This project was completed using our $10K Kitchen Refresh as the foundation, with upgraded countertop, backsplash, crown molding, and painting scope added for a more complete kitchen and surrounding-area refresh. The kitchen included White or Dove Shaker cabinetry, stock brushed nickel pulls, New Calacatta Laza quartz countertops, an undermount double-bowl sink, client-provided tile backsplash installation, and painting in the kitchen, mud room, living room, and hallway.

• $10K Kitchen Refresh Base: Project management/supervision, broom/sweep clean, demolition and disposal of existing countertops, Shaker cabinetry in White or Dove, cabinet delivery, stock brushed nickel pulls, cabinetry installation, hardware installation, and standard countertop template/install scope.
• Upgrades Added: New Calacatta Laza quartz countertop selection, crown molding, client-provided tile backsplash installation, and interior painting/patching in the kitchen, mud room, living room, and hallway.

Before: Existing kitchen with countertops scheduled for removal and surrounding wall areas requiring touch-up and repainting.

After: Updated kitchen featuring White or Dove Shaker cabinets, stock brushed nickel pulls, crown molding, New Calacatta Laza quartz countertops with eased edge, an undermount 50/50 double-bowl sink, and a client-provided tile backsplash.

The result is a brighter and more finished kitchen with upgraded quartz, added crown molding detail, and a completed backsplash installation. By building on the $10K Kitchen Refresh framework and adding defined finish upgrades, this project created a more polished kitchen while also refreshing the connected living areas with new paint.
