Multi-Unit Restoration Rebuild 15 Units | Revere, MA

Full interior reconstruction across 15 residential units and two common-area hallways, completed for a restoration industry client. The project coordinated multiple trades across several floors at once, from insulation through final finishes, in about seven weeks.

Scope included:

• Insulation - batt insulation in walls, fire-safing mineral wool in ceilings where required
• Drywall - hung, taped, floated, and finished ready for paint
• Carpentry - baseboards, door casings, kitchen cabinets/countertops, bathroom vanities, closet shelving
• Plumbing - toilets, sinks, faucets, kitchen drains, disposals, dishwashers, washer/dryer hookups
• Electrical - smoke/CO detectors, bathroom vent fixtures, closet lighting
• Painting - primer, two coats eggshell on walls, semi-gloss on trim and doors
• Flooring & Tile - LVP in kitchens and living areas, carpet in bedrooms, tile and grout in bathrooms

This project shows Lofty Built's ability to manage volume, run multiple trades in parallel, and deliver consistent quality across many units - working directly with a restoration company partner.
